From the elegant indoor Great Room to an open-air Pavilion, our venues can be tailored to fit your event and guests. Each space offers stunning mountain views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Professional on-site meeting planner
- All Food & Beverage is provided through Sanctuary, and the minimum must be met. A 25% service charge and 4% tax will be added to Food & Beverage.
- The Pavilion includes standard setup and teardown. Tables, chairs, full-length linens, and market lights are all included. The weather must be 45 degrees and above for November - April dancing.
- If the Food & Beverage Minimums are not met, the client/organization will be charged for any deficiency.

It's the only venue that takes the weather stress out of a Colorado outdoor wedding. The heated roof made our guests very comfortable. We had the worst possible weather on our day with a heavy fog that looked like we were getting married in Ireland. Yet, the many beautiful photo spots made things work and the heated roof allowed us to be outside for the ceremony like we wanted.
