- Personalized Service during your six hours of private facility rental time for up to 200 guests will allow you and your guests to enjoy the venue exclusively. Onsite professional event coordination is provided to ensure all details of your wedding and event is managed and flawlessly executed. All guests are served by our award-winning food and beverage staff, as well as treated to complimentary valet parking and champagne.
- Enjoy incredible food from delicate passed hors d’oeuvres and an elaborate plated menu to a Colorado barbeque buffet. Our unparalleled menus have a wide variety to choose from.
- Sanctuary is surrounded by mountain views, this beautiful venue has multiple fireplaces, custom wood details and intricate stonework creating a timeless rustic Colorado feel.
- China, stemware and flatware for up to 200 guests are included for your event in addition to linens from your choice of four fabrics in a multitude of colors. Coffee and tea service, cake cutting and candles throughout the venue are included. We will host a private tasting for two along with a planning meeting and rehearsal to create your perfect event.

The Pavilion
Enjoy the backdrop of Pikes Peak in our flagstone paved covered outdoor space. Without city lights the stars at night and the Pavilion is a great addition to any event.
The Terrace
You and your guests will take in the view and fragrance of the magnificent landscape all year. Enjoy the backdrop of the southern front range for cocktails along the Terrace.
The Great Room
With windows wrapping around the south and west of the room, every seat has a view. The Great Room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner.
